Warranty Policy

At Moses Baskets Cribs, we strive to create quality products that you can be proud of and share with friends and family. We offer a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and will replace your product with proof of purchase.

The limited warranty offered by Moses Baskets Cribs only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper or mishandled use of the product, or cleaning. Punctures, scratches, and the natural fading and material degradation of the product over time and use are not covered under this warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, please email Support@mosesbasketscribs.com and include proof of purchase, the reason for the claim, and photos of the defective area. Moses Baskets Cribs reserves the right to request that the product be sent to our office for further review and verification of the claim.

We will attempt to replace your product with the same style and color, but if the product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar style and color.

If a product you purchased from Moses Baskets Cribs is damaged in shipping, please contact us at Support@mosesbasketscribs.com. If you have already used a product that was damaged in shipping, we cannot replace it.

In no event will Moses Baskets Cribs be liable for any damages, losses, costs or expenses, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
